Edible Landscaping, Onions, and Wild Grapevines
jewellery asked:
This was WAY longer than the 2 minutes that I like to keep my videos around. I was playing with my new camera and wanted to test the audio/video quality. I found a few wild grapevines in my backyard…and if you’ve watched any of my videos about edible landscaping…you can probably guess that I was pretty excited to find this.

Cool Vid!
Five Stars!!
looking forward to seeing if you get grapes.
Oh, I’m not the best person to ask. This is really my first year to grow them. I’m taking it day by day, at this point. I’ve been trying to give them support once the tendrils start reaching for something to grab…which is string, for now. I want to find something more sturdy pretty soon. And YES…they grow very fast!!
Grapevines grow very fast (and seem to recover fast from being sent by mail). How many ft. would you let one grow alone before tying it to a stake?
Dog fertilizer! : )
Thanks, Donald!
LOVING the house…Tks for asking! Just trying to pace myself with everything I want to do.
Don’t give of the grape vines yet! The reliance grapevine that I have had no growth when I bought it…looked like twigs…And once I planted and watered it, it started to grow like crazy. GOOD LUCK!
it looks like the gardeners are getting ready to take over youtube lol cant wait for the procress in your yard this year me I have to put stuff in the yard I feel a little behind lol
New camera does and excellent job. Great looking yard and garden……. Donald
hey hows the new house? Hope your enjoying it. the camra’s awesome. I bought some grape plants a few days ago but, because I live in the colder part of canada, I think the grape vines froze and died on delivery cause all I have is wood sticks instead of a grape plant. I am going to hold on to it and see what happends……wish me luck.
Very nice. I can’t get grapes to grow to save my life.
Thanks! Yes..I saw that you’re growing some raspberries too. We’ll have to see how they do this year.
Looking very good. Your spring has came!! Happy gardening.
Lol! We’ll see if they produce anything. I figure they must be REALLY hardy to survive being cut down and grow through the sod.
With 5 vines I should get SOME, right?? lol! I’ll be so disappointed if I don’t. Not expecting too much from the wild ones…they’re in the shade most of the day.
Nice video, looks like u have a lot of interesting growing in your yard….I haven’t seen your other vids but they look interesting. thanks
hope you get grapes!
I spent 5 years trying to coax some life out of my store bought grape vines with marginal success…….and here you are with robust wild ones that grow up a tree? LMAO grrrr! lol
Love this video the grapes are looking awsome and the berries oh my I cant wait to see them mature the landscaping and really impressive and the dog reminds me of mine all he wants to do is roll around and half bark lol loved it
Wild plums AND crab apples? That would be cool! I’m just hoping that these vines will produce grapes…They’re in shade most of the day.
Oh WOW!! I would be excited too.. I was excited when I realized those crab apples actually taste really good and I have wild plums on my property! LOL, too cool.. Nice video and audio! I upgraded too, really glad I did..
